guess at the moment it is up to the players where to pvp
I dont like mag mell but I guess alot people would prefer it

It isnt an official pvp zone .. pvp is everywhere except of tnn .. but the most popular pvp zone out of this ports is Mag Mell

pvp zones - ANYWHERE in Hib Classic (except Druim Ligen), Hib Classic dungeons, ML Encounter dungeon, safe zones - Druim Ligen, Tir Na Nog pve zones - where you can PvP, PvE is aloud as well.
